Olomouc based cultural institution Nacucky covers four pillars – café, theatre, gallery and educational platform – under a common roof. With its strong, independent position and opinions they layer and multiplies meanings, topics and offer an erudite view on today's society. This is presented in visual identity, by layering and inserting small "trinkets" or "stuff" (meaning of the word nacucky) into broader meanings. Typographically reserved logotype includes extravagant "X" (part of the brief) which serves as a trigger for unexpected, extraordinary points of view on things and topics aroud and the world itself. Nacucky (Nacucxy) has its strong own voice and has no fear to present it. Thus the logo is flexible, can adapt on any kind of format.






Each pillar of Nacucky cultural house has its own element to be identified with. Together with multiplying typography, it creates unique and flexible visual system to be relied on. Those elements are treated like an equalizer – you may play it loud, or mute it down, just like you need to communicate at that specific moment. Add more typography? Or add more graphic elements? Or simply use more photography? Anything is possible, so the outcomes are never the same. This brings a longtime potencial of handling the visuals.












The elements for each pillar are to be used separately too, f.e. on merch applications. Used separately in graphic form, or combined with photography – variations are unlimited and creates significant pattern.
